The Chelsea Heights tennis academy was founded in 2005 by club professional coach Leigh Holland, the aim of the academy is to provide a high level of tennis instruction and coaching programs to players of all age levels and abilities.
Leigh has a strong playing history he was a former Australian junior singles champion, held an A.T.P. world singles ranking and was the Victorian grass court singles champion in 2003.
Prior to starting the Chelsea Heights tennis academy Leigh worked in the U.S.A. coaching I.T.F. junior players
All classes take place at the Chelsea Heights tennis club which is located in Beazley reserve, Thames Promenade, Chelsea Heights.
The club has 6 en tout cas courts with four under lights with a state of the art LED lighting system.
