Hot Shots program- The Hot shots program is for kids looking to start tennis, each lesson uses modified equipment with softer tennis balls and smaller rackets making it easier for kids to play the sport. The starting age is 4 years of age and the class size is a maximum of 6 students per class, class time is 45 minutes and a free racket and t-shirt is included for kids aged 4-7 years, rackets can be provided for all other ages. Anyone joining mid or late term will only pay for the classes remaining.
Junior group classes- Junior group lessons are grouped to a similar age and playing level, lessons involve point play, drills and instruction. Class size is a maximum of 6 students per class. rackets can be provided at no cost and the class time is 45 minutes. Anyone joining mid or late term will only pay for the classes remaining.
Advanced junior squads- Advanced squads are 75 or 60 minutes duration depending on the number of students per class, advanced squad classes are primarily designed for competition and tournament players, drills and activities are a higher intensity and more emphasis is placed on fitness.
Cardio Tennis- Cardio tennis classes are a fun way to stay fit and play tennis at the same time, cardio classes are for all ages and levels and take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6.30 pm. Tennis activities are continuous and designed to burn calories and keep players moving, the cost is $15 per session and a racket can be provided. Semi-private and private lessons- Private classes are a great way to work on a particular part of your game or to fine tune your overall playing skills, class times can vary from 30 minutes up-to 1 hour, if you would prefer to share a class with a friend or family member a semi-private class is another option.
